Prices and Services may change without notice, to the extent permitted by law. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout or as selected on the Site. Depending on your location, taxes such as VAT or GST may be included in the item price or calculated at checkout. Additional charges such as shipping fees, customs duties, import charges, currency conversion fees, or bank fees may also apply depending on your location and payment provider.

Products may be available exclusively online through the Site, and availability may be limited. Returns, refunds, and claims are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. We cannot guarantee that product images or colours will appear exactly the same on your device or screen.

We may suspend or terminate these Terms and your access to our Services where permitted by law if you fail to comply with any part of our Terms of Service.
SECTION 21 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The full Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Ahlife® and supersede any prior agreements or communications.
SECTION 22 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under mandatory laws in your place of residence. To the extent permitted by law, disputes are subject to the courts of Queensland, Australia.
To the extent permitted by law, the English language version of the full Terms of Service governs and prevails in the event of any inconsistency with a translated version.
