Each order is prepared with care and undergoes quality checks before it ships. Orders are produced and shipped from the nearest available facility to support efficient delivery. Depending on the product and destination, manufacturing and fulfilment may take place across Europe, the Americas, Asia, and Oceania. Our partner network includes facilities in Australia, Japan, Latvia, the United Kingdom, Spain, Brazil, Mexico, the United States, and Canada.

We are committed to improving our impact over time. We aim to use lower impact packaging where possible and we apply carbon offsetting where available, depending on region, order type, and shipping method.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.

Split Shipments

Depending on your order, items may be shipped in separate parcels and may arrive at different times. If this happens, you will receive tracking details for each parcel where available.

Delivery Details

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout, including apartment or unit numbers and any required delivery details. If an address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed, returned to sender, or considered undeliverable.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Shipping availability and delivery options vary by destination. Available shipping destinations, rates, and options are shown at checkout.

Processing and Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 7 business days before shipment. Processing time is separate from delivery timeframes. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch vary by location and are a guide only:

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Delivery estimates can be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, customs processing, peak periods, and public holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking updates can take 24 to 48 hours to appear after dispatch. If you have questions about tracking, contact us with your order number.

PO boxes, parcel lockers, and military addresses

Delivery options depend on the carrier and your location. Some orders can be delivered to PO boxes or parcel lockers, while others require a street address.

APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses may be supported for orders fulfilled from the United States and shipped via USPS. Delivery times can vary due to military mail processing. If you are unsure whether your order can ship to a military address, contact us before ordering.

Customs and Tax Fees

Depending on your location, taxes such as VAT or GST may be included in the item price or calculated at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and carrier or customs handling fees determined by your local customs authority. These charges are outside our control and, unless stated otherwise at checkout, are the customer’s responsibility upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing an order. Please note that if an order is refused or left unclaimed due to unpaid duties or taxes, we are unable to offer a refund.

Delayed Deliveries and missing parcels

We make every effort to deliver within estimated timeframes, but delays can occur due to weather conditions, carrier delays, peak periods, customs processing, strikes or labour disputes, embargoes, government orders, war, or other force majeure events.

If your order has not arrived by the expected date, please:

  • Confirm the shipping address on your confirmation email

  • Check tracking for the latest updates

  • Contact the carrier or local post office with the tracking number

  • Check with neighbours, building reception, or safe drop locations

If the parcel still has not arrived, contact us with your order number and we will assist.

If tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, allow 24 to 48 hours before contacting us, as some carriers mark items as delivered before final handoff.
