Ahlife® Loyalty Rewards Terms & Conditions

Effective from January 1, 2025, by enrolling in, accessing, or participating in the Ahlife® Rewards Program (“Program”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Membership Eligibility

1.1 The Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority where they live, whichever is higher.

1.2 The Program is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in connection with the Program. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it.

1.3 Membership is for personal use only. Businesses, organisations, or groups are not eligible.

1.4 Employees of Ahlife®, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Membership Enrolment

2.1 Membership is free.

2.2 Customers can enrol online at https://ahlife.store.

2.3 Members must provide accurate and complete information and keep their details up to date.

2.4 One account per individual. Duplicate accounts may be merged, suspended, or terminated.

3. Earning Points

3.1 Members earn points on eligible purchases excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts (unless otherwise stated).

3.2 Points are earned at the following rates:

  • Starter Tier: 0.5 point per €1 spent
  • Trendsetter Tier: 1 point per €1 spent
  • Influencer Tier: 1.5 points per €1 spent
  • Icon Tier: 2 points per €1 spent
  • Elite Icon Tier: 2.5 points per €1 spent

3.3 Members may also earn points through eligible engagement activities offered from time to time, such as referring new customers, leaving product reviews, following Ahlife® on social channels, sharing purchases with #AhlifeRewards, or engaging with our community online.

3.4 Ahlife® may run limited-time promotions that offer bonus points. Promotion terms apply.

3.5 Points are typically credited within 48 hours of completing a qualifying purchase or activity, but may take longer in some cases.

3.6 If an order is cancelled, refunded, or returned, any points earned from that purchase may be reversed and any rewards issued may be adjusted.

3.7 Points are not earned on gift card purchases (unless otherwise stated).

3.8 “Eligible purchases” may exclude certain products, services, or promotions (for example, shipping upgrades or heavily discounted items), as determined by Ahlife® from time to time.

3.9 “Eligible purchases” means purchases made on https://ahlife.store that are not excluded under these Terms or any applicable promotion terms.

3.10 "Currency and conversion" Points are calculated based on the order value in Ahlife®’s base currency (EUR). If an order is placed in a currency other than EUR, the purchase amount will be converted to EUR using the exchange rate applied by our e-commerce platform and/or payment processor at the time of purchase (or another reasonable rate determined by Ahlife®). Points and tier progress will be awarded based on the converted EUR amount (unless otherwise stated).

3.11 "Rounding" Points may be rounded down to the nearest whole point unless otherwise stated.

4. Redeeming Points

4.1 Points may be redeemed for rewards made available within the Program, which may include discounts, exclusive items, special experiences, or the option to donate points to selected causes (where available).

4.2 Reward availability, eligibility, and points required may change from time to time.

4.3 Points have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4.4 Rewards, discount codes, and offers are generally single-use, non-transferable, may have an expiry date, and may not be resold.

4.5 Points cannot be earned or redeemed in conjunction with fraudulent activity, and Ahlife® may correct points balances or redemptions if an error, misuse, or system issue is identified.

4.6 If a purchase is returned or refunded after points have been redeemed, Ahlife® may adjust the points balance, reverse the redemption, or deduct the value of any reward applied, as permitted by law.

5. Tier Progression and Maintenance

5.1 Members are placed into tiers based on their cumulative points:

  • Starter Tier: 0 - 999 points
  • Trendsetter Tier: 1,000 - 2,999 points
  • Influencer Tier: 3,000 - 6,499 points
  • Icon Tier: 6,500 - 9,999 points
  • Elite Icon Tier: 10,000+ points

5.2 Tier status is evaluated on a rolling 12-month basis. Members must meet their tier’s point requirements within each rolling 12-month period to maintain their status.

5.3 Members who do not meet the points threshold for their current tier will be downgraded to the appropriate tier.

6. Points Expiration

6.1 Points expire 12 months from the date they are earned unless otherwise stated.

6.2 Members may receive a reminder prior to expiration where contact details are current, however it remains the member’s responsibility to track points and expiry.

7. Program Benefits, Gifts, and Perks

7.1 Benefits are determined by tier and may include:

  • Welcome Gift (Starter): 10% off first purchase after signup.
  • Tier Upgrade Gifts (next order): Trendsetter 15% off; Influencer 20% off; Icon 25% off; Elite Icon 30% off.
  • Free shipping: Starter, Trendsetter, Influencer, Icon, and Elite Icon.
  • Birthday reward points: Starter.
  • Early access to product launches: Starter.
  • Quarterly member reward (one-time use): Trendsetter and Influencer (may include a points boost or a member-only offer).
  • Monthly discount (one-time use): Icon 10% off one item per month; Elite Icon 15% off one order per month.
  • Quarterly storewide offer (one-time use): one-week storewide discount each quarter, based on tier: Influencer 10%, Icon 15%, Elite Icon 20%.
  • Exclusive invitations to new collection previews: Trendsetter, Influencer, Icon, and Elite Icon.
  • VIP shopping appointments: Influencer (access); Icon (access); Elite Icon (priority access).
  • Customisation services: Icon (access); Elite Icon (priority access).
  • Early access to collaborations: Influencer.
  • Early access to collaborations and limited-edition collections: Icon and Elite Icon.
  • Priority customer support: Elite Icon.
  • Styling sessions: Elite Icon access to complimentary styling sessions.
  • Exclusive invites to brand events: Elite Icon.
  • Quarterly impact donation pool voting: Starter, Trendsetter, Influencer, Icon, and Elite Icon (one vote per member per quarter).

7.2 Benefits may vary by region and availability, and may be limited by scheduling capacity or partner capabilities.

7.3 Discounts and offers may have expiry dates, exclusions, and minimum spend requirements, and generally cannot be combined unless stated.

7.4 Discount codes and rewards are generally limited to one per member per offer period and are not valid on prior purchases, unless stated.

7.5 Member rewards and storewide offers are separate benefits and may run at different times.

7.6 Free shipping is offered as a Program benefit where available. It generally applies to standard shipping and may be limited or unavailable in certain regions, for remote areas, oversized items, or certain order types, and during promotional periods. Exclusions and conditions may vary by region and carrier availability. Ahlife® may update shipping benefits over time due to carrier, cost, or operational changes.

7.7 Experiences and services (including appointments, styling sessions, and events) are subject to availability and may require booking within set timeframes.

7.8 Ahlife® does not guarantee the availability of any specific reward, benefit, or experience at any given time.

8. Account Activity, Maintenance, and Voting

8.1 Members are responsible for keeping their account login details confidential and secure.

8.2 Members must notify Ahlife® Customer Service as soon as possible if they suspect unauthorised access or use of their account.

8.3 If an account is inactive for 12 consecutive months (no purchases or other eligible point-earning activity), Ahlife® may deactivate the account and any unused points may be forfeited.

8.4 Votes must be submitted during the announced voting window. Unused votes do not roll over.

8.5 The donation pool, participating organisations, and timing may vary. Ahlife® will use reasonable efforts to apply voting outcomes as intended, subject to operational and legal requirements.

9. Modifications and Termination

9.1 Ahlife® reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, including points earning rates, tier thresholds, and redemption options. Where reasonable, Ahlife® may provide notice of material changes.

9.2 If the Program is terminated, Ahlife® may provide a redemption window (for example, 30 days) for members to redeem remaining points. Any points not redeemed within the redemption window may be forfeited.

10. Fraud and Misuse

10.1 Fraudulent activity, abuse, or misuse of the Program (including creating multiple accounts, attempting unauthorised transfers, earning points through non-qualifying activity, or tampering with Program systems) may result in points being voided, and the account being suspended or terminated.

10.2 Ahlife® reserves the right to take appropriate action, including seeking recovery of losses and pursuing legal action where necessary.

10.3 Ahlife® may refuse, cancel, or withdraw Program benefits if we reasonably believe a member has breached these Terms or acted in a way that harms the Program, other members, or Ahlife®.

11. Privacy and Data Usage

11.1 By enrolling in the Program, members consent to the collection and use of personal information in accordance with Ahlife®’s Privacy Policy.

11.2 Members may opt out of promotional communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting Customer Service. Program-related or transactional messages may still be sent where necessary to administer the Program.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

12.2 Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Program will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

12.3 Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights you may have under applicable local laws.
