Social & Ethical Labor Practices
Our social and ethical labour practices are central to our values. We are dedicated to fair and respectful working conditions, and to upholding ethical standards across our supply chain to create a positive impact on people and communities.
As part of this commitment, we work with partners certified to recognised standards such as GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard), which includes environmental and social criteria for textile production, and WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production), which focuses on workplace compliance and ethical manufacturing practices.
Together, these standards help set expectations for ethical labour practices, environmental responsibility, and more sustainable production. These certifications are verified by independent third party auditors, adding an extra layer of accountability.
Since the beginning, we have been dedicated to ethical business practices, ensuring the rights and wellbeing of all individuals involved are respected and supported. From our corporate team to our partners’ factory teams, our goal is to contribute to better livelihoods while recognising the complexity of global workforces and industries.
Alongside meeting key expectations for social accountability, wages, benefits, and health and safety, items marked with this icon are produced in these certified factories. These standards help set expectations for responsible working conditions and more sustainable production, including stronger environmental management practices designed to reduce impact on the planet and the people behind each product.
This mission might appear simple, but delivering it requires constant effort, and we are committed to doing it well. We believe it is essential.
