Social & Ethical Labour Practices
Our social and ethical labour practices reflect our commitment to the people behind the products we offer and to creating a positive impact on people and communities. We are dedicated to working with production partners that support fair, safe, and respectful working conditions, while recognising the complexity of global supply chains and the importance of continued accountability.
As part of this commitment, we work with production partners and facilities that are, where specified, certified to recognised standards such as GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard), which includes environmental and social criteria for textile production, and WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production), which focuses on workplace compliance and responsible manufacturing practices.
Together, these standards help establish expectations for responsible labour practices, environmental management, and responsible production. Certification involves independent third party auditing, providing an additional level of accountability.
Since the beginning, we have been dedicated to ethical business practices and to supporting the rights and wellbeing of the people involved in bringing our products to life. From our team to our partners’ factory teams, our goal is to contribute to better livelihoods while recognising the complexity of global workforces and industries.
Items marked with the relevant certification icon indicate that the product or its production facility is covered by the specified standard. These standards include expectations relating to areas such as social accountability, wages and benefits, health and safety, responsible working conditions, and environmental management practices designed to reduce impact on the planet and support the people behind each product.
This mission may appear simple, but delivering it requires ongoing effort, and we are committed to doing it well. We believe it is essential.
